The Opportunity

When we help Creators thrive, they naturally inspire others to build their own success stories with Rally.Fan.

Our Ambassadors fuel Rally.Fan's growth by sharing their achievements on social media. We've refined our referral strategy into the Rally.Fan Ambassador Program — where we collaborate with top Creators to introduce Rally.Fan to their audience. The aim of the Ambassador Program is to provide top Creator-Entrepreneurs with the tools they need to reach $1M+ in earnings.

By helping our Rally.Fan Ambassadors succeed in their own ventures, we enable them to authentically share their experiences, potentially introducing thousands of new Creators to Rally.Fan each month.

As we work towards becoming a billion-dollar company, we're focusing on scaling our referral system. This means not only nurturing our existing Creator base but also bringing in influential newcomers to Rally.Fan to do the same. We're seeking a leader skilled in building relationships through thoughtful outreach, attracting top talent to our platform, and inspiring them to share Rally.Fan with their communities.

Just as leading sports brands partner with elite athletes, we aim to have the internet's most talented Creators as Ambassadors for Rally.Fan.

Role Responsibilities

As our Creator Acquisitions Lead at Rally.Fan, you'll spearhead our efforts to bring the best and brightest Creators into our ecosystem. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with top-tier Creator-Entrepreneurs, transforming them into passionate Rally.Fan Ambassadors.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be focused on:

  • Sourcing new Creators to join Rally.Fan's ambassador program.
  • Optimizing the Rally.Fan referral flywheel.
  • Coaching our Ambassadors on how to maximize their referral / earnings potential with Rally.
  • Refining our Ambassador acquisition strategies and improving creator retention.
  • Working with top Creators to help them hit their goals (and ours to).

    You can juggle and prioritize a pipeline of hundreds of Creators, consistently outperforming your monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.
  • You're a relationship builder
    You're deeply invested in your customers' success and excel at building connections with top Creators, bringing them into our Ambassador Program and motivating them to share Rally.Fan with their audience to drive referrals.
  • You're a top coach
    You can train on the fundamentals of building and scaling a creator business, as well as the mental toughness needed to push through when the going gets tough.
  • You're a self-starter with ownership mentality
    You thrive on autonomy and crave making a big impact.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in outbound sales with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Prior experience in an early stage sales environment – hustling to hit target
  • Previous role in Creator/Influencer Relations or Account Management
  • In-depth knowledge on how to use creators and influencers in a go-to-market strategy.
  • Is a Content Creator or has extensive experience working with Creators
  • Unmatched work ethic and the drive to be part of a world-class team

    Yes or no, plus some light feedback if requested.
